Christine is recognised as an independent expert on Access to Information, the management and analysis of large volumes of documents and the Disclosure of Information. She was part of the group who advised the Home Secretary on the Freedom of Information Act  2000 and subsequently worked with the NHS on its implementation. 

She has been a member of the Lord Chancellors Advisory Group on Public Records and Archives and her team led the investigations which supported the Al Sweady Public Inquiry.  Christine has recent experience as a Panel Member as she led on Access and Disclosure of Information for both the Hillsborough and Gosport Independent Panels.
