Claire's nursing career has been extensive and varied and she was a Chief Nurse for 20 years.

Having worked in clinical and teaching roles across acute, mental health and community settings, Claire became Primary Care Nurse Advisor for the Royal College of Nursing.  Returning to the NHS she took up Chief Nurse roles in London. Latterly she directed Health Education England's Capital Nurse programme in North London.  Claire is a registrant member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council, a Non-Executive Director at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust and a career coach.
